The kitchen has a new dishwasher, undercounter refrigerator, freezer (in the hallway), dining table and an induction stove with two plates and an oven. You can also cook on the wood-burning stove. The kitchen's equipment, including a coffee machine, waffle iron, hand blender, casserole dishes, sandwich maker, etc., is more reminiscent of a family kitchen than a holiday home - if you like cooking, you're in the right place here.

The living room consists of two connected rooms that can be heated by a wood stove or a Daikin heat pump. Here you can drink Swedish coffee (Fika) at the coffee table, eat at the dining table or play games. There is also a small desk that can be used as an office.

Every Swedish house needs an Allrum. This is the central living room where you can play, do crafts or watch TV. Our Allrum also offers three sleeping options, two on the sofa bed and a single bed in the corner. There is also an air hockey table, books and lots of board games.

The two children's rooms offer a total of three sleeping options. The bed in one of the children's rooms can be pulled out to make a double bed.
The bed in the second children's room is smaller and can be used by children up to 10 years old.

The bedroom on the first floor has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. With a bit of luck, you can see deer or even a moose in the meadow at the edge of the forest opposite from the window in the evening.

The bathroom is small and functional and is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Otherwise it is complete with hairdryer and towels so that you can enjoy your stay.
The yard is spacious and has several outbuildings. These include the garage with a socket for charging your EV (no wall box), the carpenter's shed, and the barn. There is a trampoline and a handball goal. There is also a BBQ and a fire pit.
The boat is moored at the jetty on the lake, about 100 meters from the house.
